Programme in Honour of Lady Zainab (a.s.)
On Sunday, 17th November 2024, ABSN hosted a program at Old Ghadeer in honour of Lady Zainab (a.s.). Sheikh Khamis delivered an insightful talk about her life, focusing on her remarkable strength and leadership.
The ladies were deeply engaged throughout the session and expressed their sincere appreciation for the program. The event fostered a spirit of reflection and admiration for Lady Zainab’s (a.s.) contributions to Islam, leaving attendees eager for more similar sessions in the future.
Commemorating the Wafaat of Lady Fatema (a.s.)
On Sunday, 24th November, ABSN held a program at Rasul al-Akram Centre for its ladies’ group in commemoration of the wafaat of Lady Fatema (a.s.). The event featured speeches by Sheikh Balama and Sister Latifa, who reflected on the remarkable life and virtues of Lady Fatema (a.s.).
The programme continued with a heartfelt poem recited by Sister Fahima, honouring Lady Fatema (a.s.), followed by a recitation of du’a led by Sister Hamisa Abubakar. The gathering concluded with Dhuhr prayers, after which the ladies shared lunch, fostering a sense of community and reflection.
